Cancellation & Amendments
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to AHCP Travel & Tours, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.
In the event of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied as below:
- More than 45 days prior to departure: The total deposit paid to us (30% of tour value) will act as your cancellation fee to cover hotel charges and organization fees. (Because to book accommodations for your tour, we need to pre pay for all hotels as in your itinerary)
- 07 – 14 days: 22 - 45 days prior to departure: 60% on total value of the Tour Cost charged, due to hotel charges for no-shows and organizing fees.
- 01 – 06 days: Within 1-22 days prior to departure: 100% on total charged.
- No-Show: 100% on total charge.
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
AHCP Travel & Tours Cancellation received up to 45 days before departure.
You need to pay more if the cancellation of a member in your tour group causes the change of the Tourist Class.
CHANGES OF BOOKING
Transfers: Where you are or any member of your party is prevented from travelling for any reason (including death, illness or jury service) we will transfer your booking to any other person satisfying all the requirements relating to your holiday notified to us by you in writing a reasonable time prior to your due date of departure.
Other changes: If you wish to make any other change to your booking at any time (itineraries, hotels, fligh tickets, etc.) after our booking confirmation has been issued, we will try but cannot promise to meet your request. On some occasions, if members of a group booking withdraw, there are fixed costs which mean the remaining travelling party must pay more per person. We require your authority in writing before we can make any change. In the event that any change is requested in relation to a group booking we require the authority in writing of the lead name before we can make the change.
Treatment of changes by our suppliers: Many of our suppliers, particularly airlines do not permit us to change names or travel dates and impose full or partial charges. We will pass these on to you where applicable. All expenses incurred by AHCP Travel & Tours in alteration of the booking are to be paid by customer. This includes all fees and charges levied by third parties such as cruise operators, airlines and hotels if any.
